Having an issue accessing the Kflop board

I am getting this message, Unable to verify board type when I try to update the version.

The control panel shows it is there. But it quits flashing after a couple of seconds of plugging it in.

Hi Ya-Nvr-No,

You may need to do a Flash Recovery.

#1 turn power off KFLOP

#2 Run KMotion.exe

#3 Using Config/Flash screen push "Recovery"

#4 follow prompts.

#5 if successful flash "New Version"

Regards
TK
